At Wallevo, we value your satisfaction and offer a hassle-free return process if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return a product within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Custom-designed frames are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return?

To start a return, email us at wallevoco@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for return
  3. Photos (if applicable, in case of a damaged item)

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to damage or defect, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Inspection & Approval

Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request.

Refund Process

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
  • We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing wallevoco@gmail.com.
  • After 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled.
