3. Do you offer custom frames?

Yes! We provide custom-designed frames where you can choose your own image, text, or design. Custom orders require full advance payment and are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

4. How much does shipping cost?

  • Standard shipping charges apply to all orders.
  • FREE shipping is available on orders above PKR 5000.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order total.

5. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard orders: 3-5 business days within major cities, 5-7 business days for remote areas.
  • Custom frames: 7-10 business days, as they require extra processing time.

6. What is your return policy?

  • You can return a product within 10 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Email us at wallevoco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to start the process.
  • Custom-designed frames are non-refundable.

7. How do I cancel an order?

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at wallevoco@gmail.com.
  • After 24 hours, your order will be processed and cannot be canceled.

9. What if I receive a damaged product?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at wallevoco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged item
    We will arrange a free replacement for you.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online bank transfers for custom orders.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
